Blackwater Locks is a family run mobile locksmith business, we bring all our locksmith services to your door.
We are not a call centre.
After working in a variety of roles ensuring the security for companies and corporations it was time for a change. After careful consideration it seemed that the lessons learned over the years could well be applied to small businesses and home owners and so in 2010 we set about launching Blackwater Locks. Since then we have slowly built up our business year on year and currently enjoy helping our many customers across the whole of Essex and in some cases beyond.
We pride ourselves on delivering the best quality locksmiths service to our customers at affordable rates and without compromising on standards. As Blackwater Locks is a small company we are able to be flexible whilst understanding our customers’ needs.
Blackwater Locks will always make every effort to gain entry through non-destructive means and we will always consult you before undertaking destructive entry methods. This keeps our customers bills down and reduces the risk of unnecessary damage to property.
We do not charge VAT, we do not charge a call out fee and we will agree all costs with you before commencing work.

To enable us to deliver the best locksmith service possible, we carry the most commonly used stock items, entry tools and key cutting equipment with us. This approach reduces the overall time taken to complete your job. This keeps our costs down which means we can keep your costs down too. On the rare occasion a job requires parts that we do not carry we can usually source these within 24 hours.
